The Goodnature Smart Cap is a first of it's kind smart accessory you can add to your A24 rat and mouse trap to take your trapping to the next level. Once received, download the Goodnature app through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Connectivity instructions are quick and simple and all done through the Goodnature app. Once the Smart Shroud Cap is connected it will begin to track: each strike delivered by your connected A24 trap, how many strikes remaining in your CO2 canister, and how much longer your Automatic Paste Pump will be active.

The Smart Upgrade Pack is designed to work best on the A24 Trap and although the smart cap will also fit onto an A18 Squirrel Trap, the app has not yet been update to adjust for Co2 and lure consumption tracking on the A18 specifically.

Returns

Please note, Automatic Trap Company can only accept returns from purchases made through the Automatic Trap website, Goodnature websites, or Automatic Trap affiliated retailers. If you purchased your product from an in-store retailer or a alternative retail website, please contact the seller directly as we may not be able to assist you in processing your return. Similarly, this also applies for any manufacturer warranty replacements or parts and pieces for your trap. Contact support@automatictrap.com for any additional questions.

To get your return, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained from support@automatictrap.com beforehand and the product must be returned to Automatic Trap within 2-Weeks of your request for return.

Your account will be credited when the trap is received. Please note: We do not accept returns on consumables such as lure and CO2 canisters.

Please be informed that we cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, contact our customer service team for further instruction.

Shipping

Shipping is available within the US and Canada. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 in the United States (Different rates may apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Canada excluded)

Please note: Hawaii residents may expect a 4-6 week shipping delay due to the method of shipping. (Hazmat products such as CO2 canisters will only ship by boat.)

All orders will be shipped in 2-4 business days after the order has been received. (excluding weekends and statutory holidays)

Most orders will be delivered in 7-10 business days after the order has shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
