Terms & Conditions

  1. Product
    All products will be shipped out by seller within 1-3 business days of the order being received, the seller will use best practices and will follow the other terms in this agreement upon shipping. 
  1. Fee and Payment
    Customer agrees to pay seller based on the price agreed to on their platform of purchase. If the customer has been given payment terms it will be indicated on their invoice/quote otherwise the product will be shipped out upon receipt of the payment. Penalty for an outstanding balance will be charged at a rate of 2% monthly. Prices and discounts are subject to change and the discretion of Automatic Trap Company Inc. 
  1. Taxes
    The Customer will be responsible for Sales Taxes imposed by their local State, Municipal and Federal governments which will be charged in addition to the cost of the product and remitted by the seller. 
  1. Shipping
    Customers with orders ineligible for free shipping will be responsible for shipping costs which will be charged in addition to the cost of the product. 
  1. Returns Policy
    ATC offers a 30 day, hassle free return policy for any unused and unopened products. All Goodnature traps come with a two year manufacturers warranty if the customer has any concerns about the performance or quality of a trap they will have 2 years from the day of payment to reach out to us to voice their concerns. At which point it will be determined if a refund or replacement is required, defective traps will be replaced. Lure and CO2’s cannot be returned or refunded. If a Lure or CO2 is missing from an order it will be replaced. The point of contact for such concerns will be  support@automatictrap.com customers seeking a replacement or refund will need to provide clear photos of the packaging label under which the product was received, the condition of the shipping container the product in question was received in, photo(s) of the product defect, and a copy of the transaction and a written request. 
  1. Ownership
    Ownership of the product transfers to the purchaser upon receipt of payment by buyer. 
  1. Cancellation
    Orders that have been paid for and/or shipped cannot be canceled. 
  1. Inspection
    The product is assumed to be accepted and in good working order unless Seller is notified in writing by the buyer as per the terms set out in paragraph 5 Returns Policy. 
  1. Risk of Loss
    If a Customer orders a Trap or Component and if it’s lost in the mail reach out to our Support Team and a replacement will be issued following an investigation. 
  1. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall any party to this agreement be liable to the other party for any incidental, special, aggravated, punitive or consequential damages or lost profits. In no event shall ATC be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of or related to this agreement in excess of the amount ATC has been paid for the purchase of the specific product in question. 
  1. Copyrights and Trademark
    Unless otherwise noted, all material, including images, text, illustrations, designs, music clips, downloads, icons, photographs, programs, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this site are subject to intellectual property rights, including without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, copyrights and trademarks owned by or licensed to ATC. All contents on the ATC is the exclusive property of Automatic Trap Company and is protected by Canadian and US copyright laws. 
  1. Force Majeure
    All Customers should read instructional material provided before using the product. ATC is not responsible for any claims or damages resulting from misuse of the Trap. 
  1. Waiver
    No Party shall be deemed to have waived any provision of this Agreement or the exercise of any rights held under this Agreement unless such waiver is made expressly and in writing. Waiver by any party of a breach or violation of any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other subsequent breach or violation. 
  1. Warranty
    All traps come with a two year manufacturer's warranty covering the replacement of defective traps only. There is no warranty on Lure(s), CO2 or Accessories.
